Experience two countries in one unforgettable day – from Copenhagen’s urban charm to Malmö’s cozy charisma – connected by the iconic Øresund Bridge.
Your adventure begins in Copenhagen with a 2.5-hour guided walk through the heart of Denmark’s capital. From architectural icons and peaceful gardens to buzzing neighborhoods and everyday scenes, we’ll show you both the highlights and the hidden corners.
We’ll explore the city’s personality through it’s design culture, and waterfront development – from royal squares and historic buildings to local hangouts and clever urban planning. You won’t just see Copenhagen – you’ll feel the rhythm of how the locals live, work, and relax.
After the walk, we’ll assist you in purchasing tickets for the regional train to Malmö, Sweden – a scenic 40-minute ride across the world-famous Øresund Bridge, made iconic by the Nordic Noir series The Bridge. (Train tickets not included in the tour price.)
Upon arrival at Malmö Central Station, one of our Swedish guides will be ready to welcome you for another 2.5-hour walk through a city that beautifully blends the old and the new.
You’ll visit the Renaissance Malmöhus Castle, the medieval St. Petri Church, the peaceful Old Cemetery, and the light-filled City Library designed by Danish architect Henning Larsen. As we stroll through the Big Square and Little Square, you’ll experience Malmö’s signature mix of cobblestone charm, colorful facades, and relaxed café culture.
We’ll also introduce you to the Malmö Food Hall, a local hotspot for modern Nordic flavors, and finish with a view of Turning Torso, the city’s striking landmark designed by world-renowned architect Santiago Calatrava.
The entire Copenhagen–Malmö day trip takes approximately 7 hours, including transfers. If you’d like, we’d recommend a relaxed lunch break in Copenhagen before your train departure. And should you choose to stay a bit longer in Malmö, we’ll gladly share our suggestions for great restaurants, bars, shops, and hotels.
The guided Copenhagen-Malmö daytrip costs 7000 DKK for 1-7 persons – excl train tickets. If you want to keep the same guide the whole day for 7 hours – the cost is: 7500 DKK.
